Pasta / Tuna / Broccoli

For tonight I made a simple tuna based Pasta, because we have too many tins of tuna and are running out of space in our cupboards. Since a meal should hold nutritional value as well, I decided to use Broccoli as the choice of vegetable.

The recipe that I was using as a basis for this meal, listed two different sorts of cheese, which I decided would be too much of a hassle, so instead I have opted for Crème fresh and some simple pasta cheese.

Tips: Because the tuna is quite dry in nature, a lot of crème fresh is a good thing. Other than that, I would advice to keep the broccoli small so that it mixes well.

First ever blog entry

So I've started my own blog. Not that I've got anything interesting to say really, but I thought it might be a good idea to sign up to the fad and join the hype.

It might turn out useful anyway, considering how far away from home and family we are out here.
